SEO & Digital Media Intern

June to December 2021

​

I interned at Honeycombers, with the editorial team as an SEO & Digital Media Intern. Alongside contributing to the Honeycombers editorial team, I also worked with its sister website HoneyKids Asia and team.

 

My contributions included:

  • Editorial Search Engine Optimization (SEO) updates for Honeycombers & Honeykids Asia

  • Regular Honeycombers editorial guide updates - Weekend & Monthly Event Guides

  • Pitch story ideas at editorial meetings

  • Write editorial listicles, features & opinion articles for Honeycombers & Honeykids Asia

  • Pitch gift guide ideas - find gift ideas for themed gift guides

  • Attend media tastings & receive media drops - create write-ups & Instagram stories for products/services

  • Content ideas and engagement for Honeycombers Instagram & TikTok

Community Relations Intern

March to July 2017

 

I interned at the Housing & Development Board (HDB) as part of my Diploma Industry Immersion Programme (IIP), as a Community Relations Intern.

 

I have had the privilege to help in the planning, execution, and regulation of publicity channels & collaterals of one of CRG's annual large-scale events, HDB Community Week 2017. 

 

My contributions included:

  • collating of inputs for invitations/guest lists and goodie bag items

  • proposal of layouts, content and call-to-action liners for publicity collaterals

  • proposing programming activities

  • social media schedules, social media post angles

  • copy-editing and copy-writing content of (exhibition panels/activity descriptions/event publications).
