I was the Community Editor for Republic Polytechnic's only campus newspaper, The Republican Post. In the Republican Posts' newsroom, I experience an actual newsroom setting. I worked on 2 issues.

My role was to:
》Brainstorm story ideas with the editorial team, mainly for the Community desk
》Recruit student writers to cover news stories
》Brief student writers on news stories
》Brief photo editors on the context of the stories for the photos required
》Copy-edit articles submitted by student writers
》Proof-read of the newsletter
