Transforming your Body through Food and Fitness

Having embarked on a nine-month solo trip around the world, 28-year-old Tisha Kiran Jaswantlal, a Psychology graduate, practiced yoga and engaged herself in the health and wellness community of each city she visited. She benefitted immensely from her experience overseas which brought her to realise her true passion for health. Inspired, she decided to share her knowledge by starting up Wellness with Tish – a health and nutrition coaching company. This photo essay brings you through the progression of a health programme that Wellness with Tish conducts.
